Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply to bookings made throughglammedbyroxxe.com, product purchases from the shop, and visits to the studio at 1940 McDonough Rd, Hampton, GA. By booking or purchasing, you agree to them.

Bookings & deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve any appointment. The exact amount is shown before you confirm.
• The remaining balance is due in-studio at the time of service.
• Deposits are processed by Stripe.

Cancellation policy

• Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment and your deposit is refunded in full.
• Cancellations inside the 24-hour window forfeit the deposit.
• Use the cancel link in your confirmation email, or reply to that email.

Late arrivals

• Arriving more than 15 minutes late incurs a $15 late fee, due in-studio at the appointment.
• Arriving more than 20 minutes late means the appointment is canceled and the deposit is forfeited.

Health & accommodations

• Please disclose any allergies, sensitivities, medications, recent treatments, or accommodations you need in the booking notes so Roxxe can plan safely.
• Roxxe reserves the right to decline or modify a service on-site if a contraindication is discovered.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you share.

Liability

Glammed by Roxxe is not responsible for allergic reactions to glue, tint, or products applied during a service. By booking, you affirm that you have disclosed any known sensitivities and that you are electing to be serviced by a licensed lash and esthetics artist. Skin and lash outcomes vary — Roxxe will tell you honestly what's realistic for your skin, hair, and lash structure.

Shop purchases

• Product orders are fulfilled from Hampton, GA. Shipping estimates are shown at checkout.
• Because these are skincare products, we accept returns only on unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Contact us before returning.
• If a product arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.

Photos of your work

With your consent, Roxxe may photograph your service result for the studio's portfolio and social feeds. You can opt out at any time by letting her know at the appointment or emailing us — we'll remove your images from future use.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business evolves. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the site or a new booking means you accept the current terms.
