This policy explains what personal information Glammed by Roxxe ("we", "us") collects when you use glammedbyroxxe.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Booking information. Your name, email, phone number, the services you selected, and any notes you share with Roxxe. Collected only when you complete the booking form.
• Payment information. Deposits are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — Stripe handles it directly and shares only a session id and payment status with us.
• Order information. If you buy a product, we keep the order contents, your shipping email, and Stripe's payment reference so we can fulfill and support the order.
• Basic site analytics. Aggregated pageview counts and referring URLs used to understand which content is helpful. No personal profiles.

How we use it

• To confirm and prepare for your appointment.
• To email you booking confirmations and cancellation notices.
• To fulfill and support product orders.
• To improve the site — nothing is sold or shared with advertisers.

SMS notifications

The only person who receives SMS from Glammed by Roxxe is the studio owner (Roxxe), so she is alerted when a customer books or cancels an appointment on this site. We do not send marketing texts and customers who book online do not receive SMS from us — all customer-facing communication is by email. If we ever add customer-facing SMS (for example, appointment reminders), we will collect explicit opt-in at the point of booking and update this policy first.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary information with the services that make bookings and orders work:

• Stripe — payment processing (bookings and shop).
• Twilio — SMS alerts to Roxxe when you book.
• Email delivery provider — sending booking + order emails.
• Railway — the host running the site and database.

We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising or third-party marketing pixels.

How long we keep it

• Bookings: retained so we can honor cancellation and refund windows and see your service history at future visits.
• Orders: retained for tax and support purposes.
• You can ask us to delete your account records at any time by emailinghello@glammedbyroxxe.com.

Your choices

• Cancel a booking any time via the link in your confirmation email.
• Ask for a copy of your data or its deletion by emailing us.

Cookies

The site uses a small local storage token to remember your shopping cart between pages. It's not a tracking cookie and it doesn't leave your browser.

Children

Services are intended for adults 18+ or minors with a parent/guardian present at the appointment. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we update this policy we'll change the "last updated" date at the top. For material changes we'll email active clients.
