About eyelashes at Glammed by Roxxe

Eyelash extensions at Glammed by Roxxe are applied one at a time, by hand, by Roxxe — a licensed lash artist working out of a one-chair studio in Hampton, GA. The chair is quiet, warm, and reclined; most clients fall asleep during the appointment.

Four lash styles cover the range from natural enhancement to full drama:

Classic (90 min) — one extension per natural lash. Reads as your own lashes, just longer. Perfect for a first set, or clients who wear little makeup and want to skip mascara.

Hybrid (105 min) — a blend of classic and volume lashes for texture. Fuller than classic, more natural than volume. The most-requested set.

Volume (120 min) — handmade fans of 2–5 ultra-fine lashes applied to each natural lash. Full, fluffy, and lightweight.

Mega Volume (150 min) — the densest set. Ultra-fine fans of 6–15 lashes for a wispy, dramatic finish that still moves naturally.

Every set uses medical-grade adhesive and lashes matched to the strength of your natural lash — the wrong weight is what causes premature shed. Fills are needed every 2–3 weeks to maintain fullness. Fills scheduled outside that window may be quoted as a new full set.

Frequently Asked

Eyelashes — questions clients actually ask

  • How long does a full set take?

90 minutes for Classic, up to 150 for Mega Volume. You can nap the whole time — the chair is reclined and warm.

  • How often do I need fills?

Every 2–3 weeks. Fills done past 3 weeks may be quoted as a full set because there isn't enough lash coverage left to fill properly.

  • Will they damage my natural lashes?

Not when applied properly. Roxxe matches the extension weight to your natural lash — too-heavy extensions cause premature shed, and she will refuse to apply a set that would harm your lashes.

  • Can I wear mascara or eyeliner with them?

Skip mascara — extensions replace it. Eyeliner is fine as long as it's water-based (not waterproof or oil-based, which break down the adhesive).

  • How do I care for them?

First 24 hours: no water, steam, or heat on the lashes. After that: cleanse daily with a lash-safe foaming cleanser, brush with a spoolie in the morning, and avoid oil-based products near the eye area.

  • What if I've never had extensions before?

Start with Classic or Hybrid. Roxxe will explain what to expect, walk you through aftercare, and adjust the style at your first fill if you want it fuller or lighter.
